Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was centrally located, providing easy access to various tourist attractions. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. the breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a variety of options to suit different palates.
The cleanliness of the hotel left us thoroughly disappointed. The rooms were not adequately cleaned, and the sheets and towels had stains.

The food at the hotel was amazing, and we really appreciated the variety and quality of the dishes. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, as it was situated close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the comfortable bedding, which helped make our romantic escape more enjoyable.
Our experience at the hotel was tainted by a few negative aspects. Firstly, the bathroom had a bad smell that was off-putting. Additionally, the hotel staff seemed uninterested in helping us with recommendations for things to do in the area, which was disappointing. Finally, the cost of the hotel was quite high and didn't seem to match the level of service we received. while we enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, there were unfortunately a few disappointments that left us feeling less than satisfied.

Nice restaurant with good food variety. Excellent staff. Comfortable beds. Convenient location near railway station and Malioboro street. Classic Javanese style. Clean and well-equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable restaurant prices.

We loved the classic Javanese style of this hotel, set in a peaceful location but still close to the city center and transportation options. The breakfast selection was vast, which gave us a chance to try new Indonesian dishes. Also, the staff were truly helpful and friendly;

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to all the main attractions. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a great family trip in this hotel located right in the town center with a quiet atmosphere, far from the crowded areas. Although it was really close to a mosque, the rooms had comfortable beds to get a good sleep. the staff provided a really good service despite the communication difficulties, and the food for breakfast was delicious and well-priced.
There was no reading lamp at bedside.
